Here's how it works:
STEP 1:
You will download Dr. Leaf’s Neurocycle app in the app store (You can either purchase 3 months for $29.99, or a year subscription for $99.9). I recommend doing the first option
STEP 2:
You then schedule your first coaching session with me. This will be your orientation into the process, where I explain how it all works and answer any questions
STEP 3:
Then you will spend 10 to 30 minutes every day for 21 days following Dr. Leaf’s instructions on the app. Every day will start with a mini-lesson, and then you will spend a little time journaling and reflecting
STEP 4:
Then, for the next 42 days, you will simply read a prompt on the app daily. Ideally, you set it up so it reminds you 3 to 6 times a day to read it, so it gets re-inforced into your brain.
The reason the timing is structured like this is because it takes around 21 days to build a long-term thought with its embedded memories, and 63 days to turn this into a habit.
- You will book three additional coaching sessions with me as needed. (And you can always book more if you want, of course).
- For my program, I created a workbook with the reflection and journaling questions to make it super easy for you.
